Sanger Pralines stay fresh for approximately 2–3 weeks at room temperature when stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. For longer storage, they can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Refrigeration is not recommended, as it may affect their texture and quality.

Sanger Pralines are carefully packaged in standard shipping boxes to help protect them during transit. We've successfully shipped our handmade pralines across the country, including from California to Georgia and Washington, D.C., without experiencing quality issues.

While we do not currently use temperature-controlled packaging, we take care in preparing each order for shipment.

Because pralines are perishable food products, we generally cannot accept returns.

During periods of high demand, including holidays, Mardi Gras, and other special occasions, production times may be extended. While we make every effort to maintain our standard turnaround time, occasional delays may occur due to order volume, ingredient availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Special event orders require a minimum of five (5) dozen pralines. Advance notice depends on the size of your order:

  • 10 dozen or more: A minimum of one week's advance notice is requested. Larger orders may require additional preparation time.
